What time is your cafe open?
We will welcome you with open arms 8am-5pm Monday to Saturday.
We have a lie-in on a Sunday: we go 9-4, and then we welcome you with open arms.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We roast coffee every Monday and Tuesday and ship Mon-Fri with a 48 hour shipment from Royal Mail. It's worth taking into account two things:
1. If you order later in the afternoon then we may not get to packing your order until the following morning.
2. Alas we can sometimes be subject to delays with Royal Mail.
If you haven't received your coffee within a week from ordering, then get in touch with us on orders@thegoodcoffeecartel.com and we'll solve it for you.
Can you grind my coffee?
If you'd like us to, of course we will. Like it's not the best best way to experience coffee and we're less able to guarantee that your experience will be as tasty as it can possibly be. But when the realities of your kitchen don't include a grinder then we'll help you out. Also, sometimes we have grinders for sale on this site. So that's handy.
