Pico Mirante from the Alfenas region of Brazil. Adolfo Henrique Vieira Ferreira has been leading the way in speciality coffee in Brazil for some years now and Pico Mirante is his latest project. This selection is 100% Topazio Natural lot picked from the highest elevation of the farm's 'Lookout'.
Currently we roast every Tuesday and carry out our quality control, analysis and packaging on Wednesday. We ship everything from Wednesday-Friday and orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be fulfilled the following week. All our coffees are shipped as whole beans.
