Finca Amatillo is the second coffee in our range from Javier of Caribbean Goods. The coffee cherries are hand-picked and then dried intact. The cherries shrivel up and - in the case of Finca Amatillo - impart a sweetness and a heavier texture, as well as an extra layer of complexity to keep you coming back for more.
