The Cartel Spring / Summer collection is really starting to gather momentum and it is a joy to be able to introduce this bright, clean, all day drinker from what is rapidly becoming a favourite origin country for us. It's got a lovely bitta zip this one: coming hot on the heels of some complex melon flavours will be a little spoonful of pear syrupy sweetness. Will be a tremendous cold brew for those of you who lean that way, but traditionalists will also be fans.
