Something VERY special has arrived. We’ve never done one of these before: a co-ferment. A coconut co-ferment. A CO-CO-CO if you like. Basically what happens is during the fermentation stage of processing this coffee, our man Linarco adds the secret sauce: a mixture of coconut oil, yeast and natural coffee must in panela honey. It turbo charges the lush, tropical flavours and gives us a coffee the likes of which we’ve never tasted - but we definitely want more!

TASTING NOTES: Coconut (of course), raspberry jam, milk chocolate. Like a Bounty bar with jam on it.
