…but the short version is don’t put these in the microwave or dishwasher. It might affect their insulation capabilities and will definitely F up the paintwork.
Equally, don’t wash them with steel wool or a brillo pad (see above, under “will definitely F up the paintwork”)
Other than that the silicon ring can be gently removed and you can wash everything gently with soap and warm water.
